Beckley Freedom Park
People of all ages come to enjoy themselves at Beckley Freedom Park. This skate park features a half pipe bowl, half-pipe mini-ramp, c-shaped ramps and more. Park is great place for skateboarders, roller bladers and bicylists.
Grandview
Grandview is part of the New River Gorge National River.
Enjoy spectacular views of the New River from Grandview. Park features trails, overlooks, a seasonal visitors center, ranger-led activities, summer outdoor dramas (Theatre West Virginia), picnic areas and playground.
Grandview is located off of I-64 Exit 129. Visitors Center open June - August from 12 pm to 5pm, Theatre open mid-June through late August.
Lake Stephens Raleigh County Rec Authority
272-acre lake w/marina, 100 full hook-up RV sites, rustic camping, beach, campground store, pavilion and shelter rentals.
Little Beaver State Park
Day park. Boating, fishing, game room and picnicking. Boat docks, row and paddle-boats, hikiing trails and artifacts display. I-64, Exit 129B.
New River Gorge National River - Grandview
Park features overlooks of the New River, Visitors Center (open seasonally), five hiking trails, ranger-led walks and talks, summer outdoor dramas (home to Cliffside Amphitheater where Theatre WV performs!), picnic and playground areas. I-64 E Exit 129B and I-64W Exit 129.
